Dining Room Furniture

Eric and I found some antique furniture on Craig's list here in Chattanooga. We looked at it last weekend and now we are in the process of purchasing it. The furniture is in really good condition and we got a great deal on it. They agreed to hold the furniture for us until we close on the house and they are also gonna help deliver it to us! They are a very nice couple and they're about our age. I can't wait to get it and actually see it in the house. I know it will look great especially since the house is old.
These are the pictures from the website but I will have better pictures later.

Here are a few pictures of the backyard. We are potentially closing April 9 and we can't wait. I will have more pictures as soon as we can get in there!

Irish Pub

Eric and I went to Murphy's Irish Pub tonight to celebrate his birthday. We had a great time! We had good food and met some people from Florida who are thinking about moving up here. We are planning on getting together with them tomorrow for lunch. It should be a good time.
There were lots of people in green having a great time. It was nice to get out and have some fun. We briefly met a guy from New England and of course they hit it off. The guy had a Red Sox shirt on so he has to be a good guy. Great time!

Happy Birthday Eric!

Bike Adventure

Eric and I went on our first bike adventure this past weekend. The weather has been beautiful up here and we have decided to take advantage of it. There is a place here in Chattanooga called the Riverpark and it has a trail along the river that seems to never end. This place is awesome! There are playgrounds, grills, and plenty of area for kids to just run around and play. There were tons of people there on Sunday. It's a pretty popular place to be in the spring. Along the trail are nice public restrooms so you don't have to worry about the stinky port-a-potties. In all, we did about 6 miles. Not too bad for me I must say. I haven't ridden a bike in years! I was a little sore the next day but I can't wait to go again. It's nice to be able to get outside and do things without worrying about the heat. Plus, there are so many things to do here. I may become a pro at outdoor sports. Who knows?
